Unknown to everyone, I was born knowing music and learning music and it has been the biggest part of my life, long before becoming an otaku who submitted herself into anime and manga. I’ve been singing as far as I can remember but I was never cut out to play any instrument that the piano at home remains seated in the corner and eating dust!

Unfortunately music is also one thing I can say that I haven’t really excelled in for I wanted other things than that.  If the limited span of enthusiasm is a factor, then so be it.  I can be very patient about one thing but I also easily get bored.  And I tend to always go both in the extremes: extremely enthusiastic and extremely unmotivated the next.

You might have sensed I do appreciate music but probably not the fact that I’m passionate about it since I mentioned nothing or maybe just hints in almost a year that I’m blogging.  But now, I guess it’s time to unleash that other side of me, if not as someone who has been blessed with a little gift of music then at least someone who could be an advocate for spreading the goodness music may bring to everyone.

Now, what is my kind of music, you may ask. Believe it or not but I’m flexible. Though my voice range could only be limited to classical and some selective pop but I appreciate most genres from ballads, hip-hop, hard and alternative rock, reggae, country, new age, and even punk-goth. I may get into trouble if I elaborated more! (Sowee dear!)

I’ve heard a lot of music from around the world and everyone of them are so distinctively beautiful! The instruments used, the rhythm, the messages they would want to convey, the performers, et al. so amazing! I wouldn’t probably live that long to explore how unique the music are from each of the countries. I have been engrossed with Japanese music lately particularly anime related however, articles about them could be found at the Official JAP-On Blog, who knows you might be able to grab some goodies from there too, so check it out!

From hereon, I’m gonna write a variety about Music as well, hopefully you guys could recommend me good music to appreciate with you. Anything!
