From the scene with the fortune teller and Kohane to the nostalgic dead kitty encounter under the rain and the bird ladies to wrap up the last Shunmuki OAD Part 1, here comes the final installment for the two-part series.

Quick Summary…

The hunt for Haruka’s clues occupied Watanuki and Doumeki’s time.  They found a book first which lead them to a pond for another clue.  Ame Warashi and Zashiki Warashi appeared having heard of the news that Watanuki had been unwell.  Accidentally, he fell into the pond and found the mirror, another item needed in order to solve Haruka’s riddle.  Then it led to the key’s whereabouts and the box which had completed seal for his entry to the dreamland.

Watanuki was suddenly bathe in light and found himself seeing Haruka standing ‘neath a Sakura tree. This is where he met Sakura too and witnessed the coming of the two Syaorans.  He learned thaat his name embodies both Sakura and Syaoran’s birthday and the princess also commented how he and Syaoran were alike.  He lost his glasses in that dream and before he woke up in reality, Syaoran called to him and hinted that he is his other self.

Finally, he met Yuuko in another dream and he asked her of her wish and promised that he would do everything in his capacity to help her to the witch’s surprise.  She hugged him in gratitude but her wish is still unknown..

By the way Himawari and Tanpopo had some short scenes with both Doumeki and Watanuki too.

Random Babblings…

As far as I can remember Watanuki lost his glasses in some other occasion apart from this but I’m not so sure. If my memory serves me right, I guess it was when he met an accident at school due to Himawari’s curse and he met his parents.. and Haruka had to hold on to him so he may come back to life.

I am satisfied with this final part despite the fact that I wanted to see more.  Somehow we’ve got to uncover the reason behind Haruka’s riddle and some Tsubasa crossover again. This part, shall I say is well written and well-rounded as it showed very vital information about the manga chapters compressed in some 24 minute animation.  But, the animation itself isn’t that much of a quality right?  Or is it just me but definitely there’s nothing special visually.
