Happy Cheosuk!

I almost forgot last night how my student told me that he’s taking time off to give way for the Chuseok Celebration and that officially starts today!
This annual observance is equivalent to the Moon Festival of the Chinese, Kinro Kansha no Hi of the Japanese and simply Thanksgiving for Americans. I just thought it would be interesting to witness and get yourself involved in such occasions!
See here – - > [Chuseok/Chusok] to find out more of the festival.
I love traditions not… maybe a bit but exploring other than our own is exciting isn’t it? It is especially true when you would have the opportunity to wear traditional costumes, eat traditional food and celebrating the event in a traditional manner.
In this case, I wanna wear a hanbok, they’re lovely! Not that I wanna do some cosplay! Whatever. :P
By all means, Happy Chuseok to all our Korean friends out there!
Song Pyun (Korean Rice Cakes) everyone?
